ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

The Company recognises the importance of global environmental protection and is committed to working towards the implementation of environmental standards and practices. It is policy to carry out activities in a responsible manner with regard to any effects on the environment and the communities in which it operates, to develop and operate management systems and programmes to meet this commitment and to regularly monitor their effectiveness, at least on an annual basis, or when there are company or legislative changes. The company comply with all relevant statutory legislation and obligations as well as the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.

Accordingly, we are implementing a policy to achieve the following:

i) Compliance with all relevant environmental legal requirements as a minimum standard.

ii) Use all resources as efficiently as possible.

iii) Ensure that the installation, maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment conforms with the environmental, safety and quality standards for air, water, waste disposal and noise regulations.

iv) Use materials, manufacturers’ products and provide services which are, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and harmless to the environment.

v) Use in an economical way, materials and energy by improved and increased plant and equipment efficiency and control.

vi) Minimise waste by re-use and recycling wherever practicable, and dispose of the residue safely and responsibly.

vii) Assess the environmental impact of new processes and installation, identifying possible environmental risks and preparing contingency plans to deal with them.

viii) Monitor compliance with environmental laws and company environmental procedures, reviewing regularly our progress towards meeting these objectives.


Safeguarding the environment is the responsibility of every individual. This policy requires the full co-operation of management and employees at all levels that are required to recognise and report both hazards to the environment and opportunities for improvement, which help to maximise conservation of materials, energy and resources. This Policy will be reviewed annually. Failure to adhere to this policy may lead to disciplinary action.
